DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

At RA’RA we aim to have your order out to you as fast as possible, while ensuring the quality + care of our products are prioritised to have all items arrive to you in perfect ready to use condition. 

All orders once placed are binding.

Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday and within 24hrs of orders placed.

Any orders that include adhesives will be dispatched Mon-Thurs to minimize the risk of the adhesive sitting in an uncontrolled environment, potentially effecting the quality of the product. This is to protect your business, clients and promote the best results possible. 

RA’RA utilizes Australia Post to distribute all orders. 

Once the order has been accepted by Australia Post, RA’RA Lashes is no longer liable. Be aware in some cases we do not require a signature for delivery. 

Please ensure the address to be delivered is reviewed, as if you provide us with an incorrect address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods. 

Upon order being placed you will receive a confirmation email including all tracking details for your parcel. Head to -  Australia Post Tracking to follow up order/s.

In some instances there can be delays beyond our control. Please also allow for Public Holidays and busy periods Eg. Christmas

Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days - $15.00

At RA’RA all orders are subject to NO-REFUND. 

We always aim to provide the highest standard of quality for all RA’RA products, however some manufacturing inconsistencies are not present until the product is opened and used. 

In the event of an item unfortunately being received in a faulty condition, we will always provide a replacement, provided we are notified of the fault within a reasonable time. 

Contact us immediately at raralashes@therarastudio.com with clear images + description of the fault + we will get back to you as soon as possible with a priority replacement of your item.
